My mom's chocolate pie with whipped cream on top

Tuna and Salmon Sashimi. Filet Mignon medium rare. Lobster Tail with butter. Oysters on the half shell. Asparagus with butter/garlic. Fresh slices of red tomato with salt/pepper. Pineapple slices, Strawberries with whipped cream. A slice of my mom's pumpkin pie, hot from the oven, also with whipped cream.
Well, I might die just from eating all that in one sitting, but it would be tasty.

My mom's fried chicken with gizzard, liver, and heart. Garlic mashed potatoes with gravy made from the fond. Lima beans from the garden. Buttered white corn cut off the cob. Her tomato salad (some type of mixture of fresh chopped tomato, onion, bell pepper, and seasoned mayo sauce). Homemade yeast rolls. And then a piece of her coconut cream pie, pecan pie, and freshly churned ice cream. Oh, and don't forget the iced tea.
It was a classic growing up, although we only had one dessert. My dad and I used to fight over who got the gizzard. He was a hard worker and I was a selfish bastard who didn't know better. Mom got tired of the fighting and eventually threw the innards in the trash rather than deal with it.  |

Pizza Rolls and Ranch Dressing , Steak/Chicken Fajita's, w/grilled onions, rice and sour cream, my momma's spaghetti, Rib's with my daddy's sauce, Devil's food cake and chocolate icing, Cheesecake, and a cinnamon roll with buttercream icing.
Omgosh now I'm hungry LOL
