Anyone purchase their spices online? I'm rural so my selection is very limited. But I'm wanting to get things like actual cumin seeds, nutmeg seeds, etc. My quick & dirty search suggests that Penzey is pretty good.

they ship quickly, spices are good.
they have many spices that are comboes that i like, and some can be used at the table
the black and red...black and red pepper mix
they also have no salt stuff for ppl that dont like salt in the mixes of things.

Penzeys rocks!
We have one right down the street, love them.
Never ordered them online tho, but I'd think it would be a good choice.

Cool, thx! Order placed. I really liked the choices. You want peppercorns? Black, white, green, pink, or a mixed blend? Black, you say? Sarawak, Tellicherry, Malabar, or a Special Extra Bold?
The only thing I did not see were the Grains of Paradise that Alton mentioned on one of his shows. I was hoping to try that.

Penzeys is great. Until I dropped my roommate's $40 jar of sea salt on the floor and broke it....

"i get extra bold"
I went with the Tellicherry (while trying to mentally shut-out the image of a virgin tellitubby). But I will definitely try that on my next order. I like strong pepper flavors.
