i ate one a few months ago and felt my blood pressure shoot up from consuming a months worth of sodium in 1 sitting.

i tried one a while back, thought maybe it might be ok
but it hit my little qwirk of wet stuff/soggy stuff
the meat was wet.

I like the idea, but I do my own to control the nutrition. I include other ingredients like dill pickle, mustard & mayo packets. It's kind of like a poor man's MRE.
