That's awesome, Gaevy!
Hehe, that's been the hardest thing, for me. Seeing all these Food Storage and Case Lot sales advertised in my area, and not being able to get anything.  I've been in "store" mode for so long now that to go into "consume" mode is very difficult!

speaking of lentils
Judra:
Lentils
chopped onion
chopped garlic
salt
cumin
spaghetti noodles
olive oil
sautee onions and garlic in olive oil
add 3-4 cups of water
add lentils
cook until lentils are close to being done
add 1-2 teaspoons cumin
add spaghetti noodles
salt to taste
