Exactly....and I didn't find a roller when we went shopping Saturday. I may have to try a couple asian specialty places around here.
If you don't find one, I'll pick one up for you and bring it down next month
I may take you up on that if we don't find one this weekend.

Ours won't be romantic but my brother and sister in law from Alaska are visiting so we're having all those things they don't normally get to have up there. At some point this weekend, I'll be making bratwurst on the barbeque as well as baby back ribs with Dave's barbecue sauce. We're also planning on going to our favorite hibachi restaurant one night and to Dave's Restaurant for lunch. We'll also take them to a local creamery so they can buy and taste all the fresh Wisconsin cheese they want. We're gonna be fat and sassy by the end of the weekend

Mexican food is scarce
.... if they live in Anchorage they have a plethora of chinese/asian/thai/philipino food
really really fresh fruit is also hard to find up there, they have an awesome selection of veggies that is grown in the Matanuska Valley ...
but fruits that grown on tree's are few and far between
good (non-asian)ethnic food is also hard to find up there...
at least from an Anchorage stand point ... not sure about Fairbanks or Juneau

What Shaggy said plus fresh cheese. They say our bratwurst is fresher and better as well.
My brother and his wife actually ship us frozen halibut and salmon in exchange for Wisconsin cheese. They think they're getting the better deal.
