I have liked Carla from the start, she just seems like a cool gal. I agree that Leah should have gone home last night, not Jaime. I actually kinda like Jaime, she seems like a pretty solid chef, and doesn't get too much into the drama. I don't really know who I want to win now, I liked Jeff. He's a good chef, and I liked his enthusiasm (plus he's hot) - I think he just always tried to do too much. Carla or Fabio at this point.

I agree - NO WAY should Jamie have gone home. Hosea and Leah have been living on borrowed time forever. I cannot think that anyone left has anything for Stefan - although my little Fabio still has my heart!
And good for Carla!!!

i disagree, i am glad they sent the salty celery chick home. the other girl may have given up but she seemed to perform better on a regular basis, including that episode.

Are you sure you're actually watching the show? Leah isn't a terrible chef, but Jaimie has outperformed her consistently. Jaimie was 2nd 2 or 3 times to Ariana. I don't recall Leah ever being 2nd in an elimination round.

Totally agree. Jamie has run CIRCLES around Leah.

But, as they said when Ariane was kicked off, SUPPOSEDLY what happens one week has nothing to do with what happens the next week. I personally don't think that is correct, but, that's what they say. If it's true, they wouldn't have considered Jamie or Leah's past performance.
I love Carla's quirkiness. She's had some good dishes but she's also had some bad ones so I don't know if she's a "great" chef. But, I do love her attitude. She's fun.
I still can't stand Stephan's attitude. He might be a great chef but I'm really hoping he doesn't win. I guess now I'm cheering for Carla or Fabio but I don't think either one will actually win.

I know, Jayna, but Shenron said Leah consistently performed better than Jaime and that's just not true.

Leah is terrible. Hosea's decent, but if the judges were allowed to consider outside circumstances and weigh them during the judging, he should have gone home. I don't mind Jamie leaving. She was a one trick pony and even though I think Leah was worse than she was, Jaime should have gone just because of the disrespect she showed for Eric Ripert... What does inspire you then, a picture of a scallop?

MY FABIO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I think the final four would have been correct if you swap Jamie for Hosea. And once again they disprove the supposed "this week only" theory by keeping Stefan. I think he SHOULD be there based on his body of work, but from the edited comments ont he show - they hated his dish.

Stefan lucked out. I still think he's one of the best chefs there, but I do think they considered his entire body of work throughout the competition when they kept him.
It's good to finally see Fabio win. I really like him. I'm glad Carla did well, too. She's funny as hell. I loved her facial expressions when she described herself as the tortoise finally passing everyone. hehe
