hard fried egg, 3 strips of crisp bacon, 1 slice cojack cheese, 1 slice sharp cheddar cheese, miracle whip, on toasted whole grain bread!

im afraid to eat egg yolks....my parents used to tell me i would get a heart attack if i didnt throw away the yoke.

It's a shame your parents lied to you like that. The yolk is where all the nutrition is and as long as you don't eat a zillion a week, the fat and cholesterol won't hurt you.

Not a huge egg fan, but I love the occasional omelet and poached eggs on an english muffin.

yeah even tho i know the yolks are nutritous i have been conditioned to fear them, so i still can't eat them. my parents have damaged my mind.

Sorry, I can't stand Mayo.
besides the fact that it is loaded with way more fat, it just tastes bland. MW gives foods a "zing". My opinion of course.

See, I think Miracle Whip is absolutely disgusting. I can't eat anything with it in it.
I have a new mayo that I use. Apparently there are so many hispanics in my area that they're making a mayo with lime juice in it. It's pretty good.

The only thing that gets Mayo in my book is a BLT... otherwise I try and avoid the junk. |

I pretty much avoid mayo, as well. I like it on BLT and fried egg sandwiches, but just a tiny bit, not a whole lot of it.
