the bald guy from the travel channel just ate a cow penis. would you pay for and eat something like that at a restaurant? would you eat it on a dare? i tried eating roe once and had to spit it out, so i don't think i could stomach a penis.

I've eaten roe and caviar on numerous occasions. I cannot imagine eating anything's penis, though. I won't eat sweetbread, tongue, brains, tripe, or anything along those lines. I'd never eat bugs, either.
The closest I've come to stuff some people might find gross is beef liver, chicken liver/heart/gizzards, and I haven't eaten those since I was a kid.

I don't think I could eat penis or testicles and I've never had the opportunity. Maybe if I was in a Fear Factor type setting where I would receive large amounts of cash though... One thing I know I could never eat is balut: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Balut_(egg)
I'm down with eating bugs and I have before. I also don't have problems with liver, sweatbreads and most other organs. I can't say I care much for them though (besides liver).

I wouldn't eat 3/4 of the things that guy eats on that show. I watch it frequently tho. Last night he was eating grilled fruit bats with guts and all, and he ate a beating yellow fin tuna heart.

yeah there is some nasty stuff. it is nothing compared to what bear grylls used to eat on his show tho...he pulled the eyeballs out of a rotting goat carcass, hung them on his shoe lace, and boiled them in a volcano hot springs and ate them once.
