With a sunny weekend coming up and temps in the mid 80s, anything I cook will be done outside on the grill, lol.

They aren't sweet like bananas. They just look like them. They're starchy and tasteless as far as I'm concerned. Never liked 'em.

No, they don't taste like bananas or potatoes. You can't eat them uncooked - either fried or boiled.

I love plantains, I usually just roast them though. Little bit of salt, some cinnamon.
