rinse, pat dry
salt, pepper, put tad bit of butter, olive oil in pan sear, eat
simple, good, tastes great. tastes like scallops.

Pretty much a spin off Foxy's recipe is add some garlic and maybe rosemary or basil.
Serve with Pasta and a nice white wine and it is good stuff.
You could even pour small amount of the wine while they are cooking if you want to try something different.

sesame stir-fryed scallops
marinate scallops in sesame seeds, soy-sauce, ginger, garlic, and white wine for 30 minutes
chop up veggies:
green onions, bok choy, snow pea's, onions (brocoli if desired)
grill scallops very very lightly (underdone) in sesame oil, add veggies and some of the marinade
serve over rice
(for a nice color contrast and great flavor ... make it black rice)

Yum I agree!
Ive been afraid to buy them since I went thru a 3 lb. of them one week and discovered I had inherited the gout.
May be in moderation.
