i've got 10 more pounds of pork shoulder .... when the brother in law comes in i am going to smoke it ... as per my recipe
with mustard greens and black eyed pea's
cornbread

Flying out to visit the family but as my Christmas present to them I'm making Christmas dinner for everyone. About 50 people, children included. Gonna do a traditional ham, mashed potatoes and gravy, rolls, green salad, fruit salad, roasted veggies, cakes, pies, and cookies oh my!
Should be fun

We had our family Christmas yesterday. It was awsome. We had a Luau Christmas. We had teriyaki meatballs and slow cooker "kalua pig" that was awsome. Creamy pineapple cheesecake, which is a family favorite. Pineapple cheeseballs. Plus a ton of other stuff I cant even remember it all.
I really need to ask my cousin for her "kalua pig" recipe. It was delicious.

Traveling to have Christmas with my family, then racing back to have it again with her family. Only food we're responsible for is the cranberry. Yay!
