What kind of peeler can I use to peel a squash with? |
I got a few like this one in the middle.
It resembles a butternut squash but the flesh is more like an acorn squash. Went after it with my butcher knife but it's
got a tough skin, left a lot on table.

If the skin is thin use a carrot/potato peeler
if not, use a paring knife

I'd use a mandolin slicer if using a knife is too difficult.

I'd stick with the paring knife, but I wouldn't really peel them. I'd cut them into quarters or some manageable size and use a knife to separate the flesh from the peel like I would with a canteloupe.

Technically yes but the technique is different. I think the squash would be too firm for that but I'll give it a try.
