It's a cabbage based veggie masala.
Food generally turn out OK when I'm like this but the kitchen is a bit worse for ware after I'm finished.

Stabbed myself in the left hand, it's minor, didn't even bleed.
Dropped about 1/4 cup of cabbage on the floor. Sweeped it up into the corner for disposal on Friday cleaning.

yeah, bacon might have sent me to the burn clinic.
I decided to stop with the cooked cabbage and finish up later on when I could feel my feet.
