and yes - g'bless carbs 
baked spaghetti using creme fraiche
bacon wrapped chicken breasts stuffed with blue cheese
cinnamon apple pork chops
chicken cacciatore
Mexican Lasagna
Pork Paprish
Chicken Pot Pie topped with Polenta
Chicken and Dumplings
also gonna make some millionaire short bread to take into work

It all sounds great, but the bacon wrapped chicken breasts stuffed with blue cheese makes me want to beg for your address.

I planned dinner this week for budget reasons, yours looks so yummy!!!
Here's mine
Tuesday: Baked Ziti and garlic bread
Wednesday: MeatLoaf, Mashed Potatoes, Green beans
Thursday: Pork Tenderloin, Butter Potatoes, Sweet Corn
Friday: Hamburger soup and Buttered Bread of some sort
Saturday: Leftover day
Sunday: Roast Beef, carrots and potatoes
I also had to plan snacks and such, I never realized what a chore it can be to make sure you plan ALL of it!!!

I'll be over every night except Wed - not a meatloaf fan. The rest sounds yummy tho
And budget meals would be nice ... I spent close to $120 for the meals above. It's not too bad though - works out to roughly $15/meal.

I had ham, garbanzo and navy bean soup. Made enough to take to lunch at work.
