I really like sausages but I find brats too greasy.

That is why you soak them under beer for at least 24 hours before cooking it changes the fat.
Prepped and cooked right brats are not greasy.

I'll take your word for it but I'll stick to the Larson "Lean & Light" (probably like Light cigarettes).
The hot Italian ones are amazing.
