I have found a few on amazon packed into one ebook
Lord of the Rings
Game of Thrones/Clash of kings
Assassins apprentice and Royal Assassin
Sword of Shanana Series
Overall they are pretty rare though, and I think a few of them were limited time things as I can't find them anymore. Wish all series came in one ebook file though that would be nice.

its also possible those were sold as the complete trilogy in single volumes and thats why they could be bundled in one ebook. i know for a fact the lord of the rings is still sold that way.
