For me, it's V by Thomas Pynchon.
I know a lot about Benny Profane, but I not because I read about him. My friends are always aghast that I never read the book, I think a lot of them are lying about it just to fit in however. 
I like Pynchons stuff, I like it a lot...but it takes some work, and I'm lazy.
Any books you need to get off your lazy ass, put down your eCopy of the latest hot lesbian vampire masturbatory screed, and start reading? |

Can you suggest any good lesbian vampire stuff?
I always wanted to read Atlas Shrugged so I could insult Rand fans from an informed standpoint but I can't make myself do it.
I've always meant to read the Tad Williams stuff but they are so long and fruity looking.
I also want to read the rest of the Old Man's War series.
Really, I have a few fantasy and sci-fi novels I keep meaning to read and don't get around to because the UF stuff is so light and easy.

widely believed to be kings #1 or at worst #2 best work and i've still yet to read it. i plan to remedy this in the next couple of weeks.

i can't think of any yuri style paranormal. i'm disappointed in kim harrison. that series would have been so much better with ivy+rachel.

I actually have a lesbian fiction list and some of it is UF and PR but I'm not sure that any of it is actually good.
Considering some of it is listing Xena fan fiction I never bothered to sort through it.

If Ivy and Rachael don't end up together, I'm gonna be pissed at Ms. Harrison.
Killing off Matilina was bad enough, didn't give a damn about Kisten.....but damn, she has to let someone end up happy.
