anyone have any ideas of how I can get back online ? it recently booted me and I cant log back in. All I use is vtank and alinco. this hasnt happened before and I have no idea why it did now .
I did a ban appeal but it says they are lazy and wont respond for 3-5 days? u kidding me? I'm lost here and iso some help

Only thing you can do is wait, or try to send Severlin, NoWorries, or Frelorn a PM on the official Turbine forums.


If you got banned for "speed hack" they always say it takes a few days to respond because they're going back to look at the logs your char created when the server flagged and the logs started.

I run AC in a VMWare Virtual Machine, specially when the host is under stress the guest VM sometimes runs very slow, just to catch up rather quickly a few secs later. Got booted for CoC violations once when this happened, wasn't a ban though. It seems everything that causes an unstable "speed" of your machine can trigger this.

Jim - They recently found that some plugins were artificially changing the speed at which the game was operating. To counter this they lessened the amount of difference a plugin needed to set off the detector and get booted. If you get booted too many times in a row (or keep trying to instantly log back in after being booted with the same programs on) you can end up with a 3 day ban.


It turns out there are a few plugins out there that were bad and most of the people using them didn't know.

Would be helpful to get a list of these 'bad plugins' so we can knowinly avoid them. Or is this going to be another top secret - need to know - senario ?


At least Good that Turbine is taking actions. I know I keep losing connection all the time for no reasons I can imagine.

Turbine doesn't support third party plugins.


This means that they aren't going to bother trying all of the plugins and see which ones are breaking rules. They are just going to enforce the rule and let the falty plugins stop working properly.

Would miss the game and u all alot but. just curious whats going on cause turbine wont tell me. Ive called ive emailed ive urgent assistance.. NOTHING
no response from them at all. kinda rude since ive been paying them Real money every month for the last ??? 140 months thats not the respect i would treat my customer
but hey what do i know. i just run my own successful buissness with happy return customers : )
