I was killing rytheran with Xan from PB and we went down to get the ring. We made our way back to find 8 Kalazar' just starting up on him, so I carebearishly walked up and waved.
Then I realized I probably should run when they started to cast vulns on me hahaha

Olthoi make me want to /delete.

Ran into the Grieferking and one of his little cronies on Dark Isle. 2 Mage Olthoi vs lil ol me. They hit me every now and then yada yada but every single time I would hit one of them the other one would start spam streaking me while the one I hit runs to the edge of the radar to heal.

Soooo boring. I stopped fighting went out of combat mode and just strafed around so their spells couldn't hit me. I danced around for minut. la la la. Once my PK timer was up I just Bobo recalled right in his face. Next thing I know I get a private message from someone who copied and pasted something the Garbage King had said in /cg. (I play DT with /cg turned off)

He was talking trash about me "running" away. I lol'd. Went and flagged for my Soc tasks went back out to DI and was running around clicking rocks and picking up my 10 black corals. I was on my very last black coral when a red olthoi found me. He chased me for a while and I just kept looking for a black coral. I finally found one stoped picked it up turned around and oh hai there mr olthoi dude. He starts attacking me. I move around and pull out my olthoi slayer vuln him him and hit him twice. Upon hitting him twice he bolts and takes off across the island. I'm thinking yeah. Typically olthoi tactic. Can't finish something he started. I chased him down and he eventually got stuck on some rusch and remorans and stuff and a streak + some critter damage finally killed him. I have yet to die to an olthoi and never plan on giving them a chance.

Olthoi - One of the biggest mistakes the Dev's ever made. They are nothing but a minor annoyance.

By complaining about how the olthoi's are pk'ing you are truly just complaining about all the people from other servers other than DT. The reason for that is this.... People from DT already have characters made that they enjoy far more than a level 180 Olthoi character. The ones playing the Olthoi are those who don't have characters and are most likely from Carebear.....

lol I was fighting Ilumael and Blood Seeker on Dr Friendly last night. 5 Minutes later Alberio, Acid Tab and some other mage came from Zaikhal to come and get me
Good times.

Honestly though,

I love olthoi, they let me cheat to win. I kill the ward guardian with them when I want to run POQ <3
I also have them follow my noobs I level up on DT to take off monster aggro and avenge my deaths
