I spent so much time looking for this when the news first hit and couldn't find it. Today I was looking for something else (which I still haven't found .. lol) and found this poem.
My husband brought it home from work after a service for one of his coworkers. He thought it would help me since just before that we'd lost one of our horses and our older dog .. within weeks of each other.
It's called After Glow ...
I'd like the memory of me
To be a happy one,
I'd like to leave an afterglow
Of smiles when life is done.
I'd like to leave an echo
Whispering softly down the ways,
Of happy times and laughing times
And bright and sunny days.
I'd like the tears of those who grieve,
To dry before the sun
Of happy memories that I leave
When my life is done.

im sorry for the loss for us and his family
how I dealt with it was to pm stup a goodbye pm and tell him how wonderful he was to us all and that he will be missed. it helped me alot

Words can't express how I felt the night I learned about Todd, I'm so very sorry the times we wanted to play chess together and never had the chance to hook up ....
You'll never be taken off my friends list here on the vn boards and in game.
My deepest condolences to friends and family. You will be missed! Peace be with you.

Just ran my friends list for the first time in a long time instead of "friends online" I did the full thing.
