Lol. That concept still technically exists. There are still people that don't attack unless provoked. There's just less of them now because they get consistently beaten to a lifeless pulp over and over and over because they where bad. Reason they where bad? They never PK'd in the first place.

I think it's fun. Add's a real threat, because IMO PvE is not really that challenging, it's just limiting by what you have spec'd and trained, where something like open world PvP actually takes some skill to adapt to the situation at hand. IMO PvE is boring.

That's how I play and I rarely get beaten to a pulp.
