Star Wars: A New Hope (although I could've just listed the entire OT)
Aliens (first one was okay too, 3 and 4 sucked)
Galaxy Quest (the homages to Star Trek was pretty spot on and hilarious)

I wanted to list the LOTR movies, but lately when I watch them, I tend to skip to the fight scenes. Not that the other parts are bad, just not very exciting to sit through repeated viewings.
