You don't need the last LTS, you can still install Ubuntu 11.04 and just pick "Gnome Classic" at the login screen.

- Pause any file copy (even if it's a single large file) and resume
- Multiple file copies merge into single UI
- View of read/write speeds
- Gone is the time esimate (always wrong), and now based on % complete and current speed of copy
- Replace now shows thumbnails, and bolds whatever is different about the files being replaced in the target location
