I just set up opendns for my girlfriend's son's computer. I have my pc's on a separate subnet than the wifi and his computer, so I get my dns unfiltered while everyone elses is filtered through opendns. I opened up a couple categories for him though, like Social Networking.



thanks, the tough thing is that he doesn't have his own PC. He's using the wife's or mine, so the google lock is nice.

http://www.internetsafety.com/ Gets a lot of air time on xm radio, though I don't have any experience with it. Best bet is to be there with him like some folks already mentioned.

InternetSaftey was bought out by McAfee.


It'll turn to a soggy turd in about 3-4 months.
