Sometimes the entity that owns the copyright will make them with infections, have them added to Torrent groups and gather piracy statistic.

Well, I dont usually warn people about problems that I've never seen anyone have for one. Thats just me though, obviously.

Same Marzuk. I have seen some torrents that were not legit, so to speak, but never a copy of a Windows OS that was jacked up.
I have downloaded lots of different variations of Windows OS's while trying to help friends/family get new install DVDs for their laptops/computers since manufacturers don't bother putting a DVD copy of Windows in with their computers anymore. And I have never had any issues.
