I can no longer click on my name to get my post history. It gets an error everytime. Anyone else?

Just found it does work if I click to the right here on your # of post's. Wierd.

You can't access the old profile page because they completely deleted that part of the website. You see they plan on getting rid of VN completely and haven't felt it necessary to let anyone know officially.

My understanding is that a handful of VN boards will migrate to IGN, the rest will be closed.
I've yet to see any poster or Mod say he intends to go to IGN. I think we will all simply go our own ways, which is rather sad for such a long-established community.
Very few changes in life these days are for the better, it seems to me. Favourite foods get ruined with "new improved" recipes, other items get worse as a result of "new improved" formulas, our games get dumbed down with the relentless move to cash shop and pay-to-win gaming, and the move from VN to IGN is just another example of taking something good and ruining it in the name of progress.
Ah well, time to log out and cheer myself up  ! |

I bet VN has more users than IGN. It's really crazy how fast the wii, xbox, sony, and pc board on IGN just went dead.

I've been with VN boards since before IGN bought it. If the VN boards go away, I'd be sad.
I just recently stopped visiting Voodoo Extreme because IGN killed it... well it isn't technically dead. But they stopped paying their editors and they are on a volunteer basis now. And since that happened it doesn't get updated very often.
Looks like it might be time to start frequenting other sites more often for my gaming and technical updates.
