I'd be very happy if I were in Sweden and they served me the "boring Swedish cuisine",I've smelled what you eat when you feel adventurous(Surströmming).
A couple friends(from Sweden) have gotten a hold of 3 cans of Surströmming and are planning on opening them and sharing/inflicting them on their close friends and coworkers on new years.
..honestly I'd try it if I could but I couldn't willing put anything that smelled that bad in my mouth,I'd throw it up before I ever got a real taste of it.I'm gonna go way out of my way not to be there for at least 3 hours after the cans have been opened.
