Commission only with a very small amount as salary per month. They gave me a 5% pay cut for the holiday and said it was very everyone. If true the company is in serious trouble. I can see how this could be the reality since things are pretty crazy there. I guess I fit in but still....

Find something else Bonk. I didn't know it was legal to work someone over 8 hours and not pay overtime.

Look at smaller companies, many want reliable drivers. You might have to do more than just drive sometimes, the best thing would be if you could also drive a forklift.

hes on salary
salary doesnt earn overtime.
they could pay him $300wk salary and work him 60 hours.
and overtime is typically more than 40hr/wk. very rarely is it more than 8hr/day
