Actually the language Obama uses did tell us a lot about him as did Bush's.
Lincoln's language said a lot about him as well.
Reagan, Clinton, Carter, etc all seem to fit the premise.

Mo, this is the sort of bullshit that keeps me from taking you seriously. You make an insightful title and follow it up with some elitist bigotry. Use all the big words you want, but don't try to snub people for taking plainly or using an idiom outside your comfort zone.

Rick Perry uses terms like "pig in a poke." He has almost no command of the language. This is why he does so poorly in debates. Talk about all hat and no cattle. Since when did you ever buy pig meat in a bag ( a pig in a poke)?
