At first I thought even the RWN's cant be this crazy and this must be a plot by Obama to keep the "issue" going into the next election.
Then I realized I haven't slept for 3 days and my sleep addled mind just thought, "even the RWN's cant be this crazy".....

After reading their opposition to Obama's motion to dismiss, I have to say that this technically isn't a birther issue. These people acknowledge (at least legally) that Obama was born in Hawaii. They're trying to win on an obscure and narrow interpretation of "Natural born citizen", claiming that Obama isn't one because his dad wasn't a citizen. They even cite a Supreme Court case (Minor v. Happersett), but the case wasn't about "natural born citizenship", but about women's suffrage and the right to vote.
