Some people thought it was obsene. For a short while the name was banned in WoW. They took a look at my history and decided the dirty minded creeps should be ignored.
The name was started with Asheron's Call. I thought unarmed would be like a monk. As a long time fan of Chinese movies I liked the name Fist. I live in Yuma AZ. To make it flow I added the de. Thus was born the name Fist de Yuma. I used that name when I wrote the Day in the Life of Fist de Yuma. Name has stuck every since. I would link the column but server seems to have gone away.
