The video was uploaded in 2008 you n00bs.

It was during an ice storm. Not a snow storm. Everything was completely covered in ice. Once you started sliding there was no stopping.

During that storm the mayor of seattle didnt ice the street because he didnt want the salt to hurt the salmon and evironment lol.

He was fired by the people lol

What's your point? Ice or snow how you drive and stop are still the same, ice is just trickier.

And don't get snippy with me boy. I got my WI driver's license while you were still filling your pampers!

From what it looks like those streets are also all at an incline. Around Chicago snow/ice like that is considered normal and we don't have much trouble with it. However when you've got those conditions on an incline, it's a different story. Driving like you saw there with snow/ice is what happens on inclined streets. I've driven in Milwaukee with snow like that and it's an experience i don't wish to repeat. Their streets have tons of inclines not to mention the city itself is like a maze

That's just because you don't know it. You don't think your city is a maze but I would. I know Milwaukee, LA, San Diego and SFO pretty well, the first three like a native. But when I was in Chicago, Detroit, Cleveland...you have no frame of reference and you feel lost.

Not to say Milwaukee isn't a challenge in the snow but everything is. They had ice storms in NY all the time and I never skipped a beat because I learned in snow. Sure ice is trickier but that moron still had to have pretty good momentum to keep spinning around.

The other cars weren't careening out of control.

An object at rest tends to remain at rest and all that.

I mean who would be stupid enough to get into something heavy, say like a truck, drive 80MPH on ice then cite that as proof that he is a good driver?
