I don't eat anything that makes me want to puke.
I'm a picky eater, so the list of things I won't eat is pretty long but garbanzos have always been my bane.

My band used to have a dance contest and the winner got head cheese.
Head cheese makes haggis sound good.

Certain organ style meats - especially when they are overcooked and dry/stinky. Gamey meat.
My mom hates my aunt (fathers side) and my aunt makes a really good ham. My mom being the jealous and competitive person she is tried to make the same kind of ham, but she overcooked and did not baste it so it was nasty beyond nasty. And when I said it was gross and would not eat it she threw a fit and got upset. I think that was her menopause phase, scary. (just the smell of that ham made me gag)

I have a very short list of foods that are off limits,but head cheese is one of them,so is Swedish rotten fish(too lazy to look up the spelling),uni-sushi,raw oysters,oyster shots and a few other but mainly things you don't see every day.

Polenta. As an Italian it's one of my greatest shames. I can't stand the stuff.

several things, but i have a texture problem also. i do not like the feel of soggy. no bread pudding, no tres leche cake, no stuffing that is super moist.
like that. pancakes have too much syrup? soggy, yuck.

I love chicken but my father used a George Forman grill to cook chicken every night after work. The problem was he wouldnt cook it long enough and more often than not the chicken breast would be bloody in the middle. I would microwave it after he finished and he would be really insulted by this
