Technology only increases the value of production. The problem is demand keeping up with technology and the growth of production of countries like China.

For the US the problem is the lack of demand for US production in other countries.

technology is as much to blame for high unemployment as iraq was for 9/11


i suppose the massive technological advancement of the hammer and wheel caused people to be out of work centuries ago too?


technology is a neutral force in job creation/loss


the only reason unemplyment is high is because of lack of creativity....market forces stifling innovation....govt interference...and the cost of doing/starting business


in short....money is the reason for high unemployment.....nothing more
