Wikipedia is actually blacked out, but only if you have java script enabled. I thought it chickened out, but no.
I've seen a few other sites besides Google doing something as well.

Just open the Spanish version with Chrome and use the translate button.

You can use the Spanish page as mentioned above.
Or just disable java scripting and the blackout doesn't appear.
