The civil rights act was enacted because of the Jim Crow laws. The Jim Crow laws were unconstitutional and should have never been passed. All people should be treated as individuals. All men created equal and stuff... why is that so complicated for some of you?

Why is it so simple and obviously incorrect for you? You clearly don't understand what the civil rights act was all about. If you did understand it and really think we would have achieved more or as much without it then you have bigger problems than just supporting a stupid candidate.

The drug war has the most racist laws on the books and Ron Paul is the only one against them.
And Ron Paul has more minority and black supporters than all the other GOP candidates combined. Yet all these white VN tools want to pretend to be righteous. How lame.

Ron Paul supports "states rights".
So he supports the right of any state to pass laws that the majority of it's citizens want...like treating minorities like shit.
Far from being against Jim Crow laws, he would be among their biggest supporters. You know it, or if you don't...you are an idiot.

It isn't that complicated. If all people are treated equally under law then discrimination under government guise isn't a problem. And if you think that Obama has a lock on the minority vote just wait til RP wins the Republican nomination and we will see then who has the best interest of the individual.

Obviously the CRA was a bad idea because any restaurant owner who didn't serve blacks would quickly go out of business due to competition from restaurants that did!!!1!!ONE!!!
