Snow Storm of the Century in Seattle Today Predicted

14 inches of snow only 90 miles north of me, and here in Portland it is just cold and rainy. It snowed a couple of inches here at 3AM this morning, but by 5AM it had all rained off. We wanted to take the baby out to make her first snowman, but nooooooooo.

We've had two floods of the century in the last 15 years in this area and 2 winter storms of the century in the last 5.
I just spent the afternoon burning calories shoveling the driveway and doing doughnuts in my explorer.

Tomorrow I go to Oak Harbor. It will be frozen but the roads should be better I hope than today. I will try to do some of todays route too tomorrow if I can
