There is nothing wrong with being rich.

There is plenty wrong if you are rich and pay a MUCH lower tax rate than the middle class.

There is plenty wrong if you got rich by being a corporate raider than never produced a god damn thing, never created a job.....only used your money to take other peoples work and sell it for your profit and destroyed the jobs of others in the process.

It's quite fun to see "conservative" candidates attack Romney for being a corporate raider, and to watch other "conservatives" try to blame liberals or the "media" for the fact that those candidates are attacking him.

being rich is bad only of you are not kissing Omamas butt

http://newamericangazette.com/2011/01/politics/top-20-richest-people-democrats/

An analysis of the Top 20 Richest People in America (from Forbes Top 100) reveals that a full 60% are actually Democrats. Furthermore, if you eliminate the duplication caused by people from the same family being included in that Top 20 list (Wal-Mart & Koch) that ratio widens even further to:
25% Republican / 75% Democrat.

Analyzing the data takes us even further. Not only are there more Democrats in the Top 20 list, but those Democrats are a lot more stingy with their money. Republicans coughed up $5.2 million while Democrats squirted out only $2.1 Million

Lest we not forget, Democrats outweigh Republicans. Not only in terms of the number of uber-millionaires, but also with their net worth. In this Top 20 group, Democrats have a combined net worth of $263.1 billion dollars while the Republicans have a combined net worth of only $143.9 billion dollars – almost half that of Democrats.

So the next time you hear some Liberal Freak try the “Evil Rich People” rhetoric, remind them and everyone around you that it is the Democrats who are those “Evil Rich People”,

so again who pays less taxes !

I don't wonder.

Clearly you've got a stick up your ass over religion. It's ok. I'm sure you have a good reason.

Not really I am probably the most tolerant non believer on the board. I have absolutely no problem with religion as long as you don't push it on me. I get annoyed when you do. I am not like Reese or Manny when it comes to religion. Pray all you want just leave me alone with it.

No one was pushing anything on you.

I don't believe in God, and I wasn't trying to say anything to you at all.

I don't think you're as tolerant as you think you are.

What's the point of that list?

No one is saying there aren't rich libs/dems.

Also, there are some dead people on there.

So, is this blue arrow guy the dumbest one here? I've noticed the posters with those black symbol things representing bows and swords and such seem to be of lower IQ.

I'm very pleased that Romney is rich. I would much rather someone who knows how to run a business, create jobs and create wealth running the government that someone who not only has never done those things but does not even understand those things. We have been stuck with paper pushing and ignorant people for far too long. We need someone who knows now to cut the unproductive programs and is willing to fire people who cannot do their job.

For having the courage to do the right things the rest of the Republican field are fainting outrage. This will just give Obama free shots at Romney. I was not a Romany fan until the brain dead Republicans started attacking him from the left. It proves they are just how they have always acted; Democrats in a Republican jacket.

There are three kind of liberals;
Stupid, ignorant or evil
The result is always evil but the intent is not always evil. Not that it makes much difference in the long run.

JFC, jump down off the soap box.

It was a perfectly legitimate response to an SRC post. It's the "live or die by the sword" adage and was absolutely apropos.
