They need healther foods for kids but they dont need to go crazy. They need to make healthy foods KIDS want to eat
That is the challenge and they failed.,

Any decent chef could easily solve this without putting that pseudo exotic crap on the table.
But besides that, wasn't the point of school lunches according to the big gubberment folks that;
"WE HAVE TO FEED THE POOR CHILDREN!!  "
And yet here are these kids paying out of pocket for food that is palatable...

Most adults dont even like that exotic crap. I sure dont. I wonder what the school system is thinking. Is it run by idiots?

Salads with a vinigrette dressing, healthy submarine sandwiches, freshly made soup, chicken chili, basic stirfrys with brown rice, soft shelled chicken tacos on while grain flatbreads..the list is endless.
