get a real german hefe

ive had some great hefes and ive had some awfull hefes.

sierra nevada makes ok american beers but i would be skeptical of their immitations of delicate german beers.


btw, there should be NO banana in the beer at all. that flavor is all from the yeast

and then try a hefe in august when its 100 degrees and humid as hell outside instead of the middle of winter.


you want dark and heavy beers when its cold out
