ONly thing I can find confirmation on is that he just went back (a few hours ago) in because of complications and is listed in either serious or critical. Can get solid info past that.

wow - can't believe I can crack a joke about this...

Anyway - Joe was cleared of any possible wrong doing in regards to diddling with kids himself. Only thing is he didn't push it further and go above his bosses and report it for further independent review/authorities.

Either way - considering how everything played out, he will most likely be remembered for getting canned because of Sandusky exploits.
