Wait. I'm curious on this one.
How would you appoint voting rights? I mean, the popular vote is already a farce. I'm not sure how effectual limiting it even further would be. Even before we got in to the whole ethics spew, I'm not seeing the point of pursuing it.
Personally, if we made an election reform, I would be in favor of moving towards something similar to that of Canada and most of Europe such as a first-past-the-post system.
