There is no difference. Bill Clinton lied to his wife, lied to his staff, lied to the nation on tv, and lied in court. He was so hardcore on the lies too that he pointed his finger at the American people.
The only difference is partisanship. BOth sides are hypocrites. Both sides are mindles partisans.

The guy was sanctioned and fined 300k for ethical wrong doing by his own party.
How he is getting any votes is amazing.
Short term memory.
But he did promise to colonize the moon by the end of his second term!
