It has nothing to do with the difficulty of the message, it has to do with the letter sizes not being consistent. They should be clean and even within the maze that hides them. Look at 'God Is AN' - the letters are almost the same height and are close to being level, like there's an imaginary straight line under them.
That starts to unnecessarily break down as you go down the tattoo. The shading is consistent though, +1 there.
Mine is the first letter in my avatar. There's a lot of detailed lines and filigree in it, my guy nailed recreating it.

Gotta agree that it's a pretty stupid thing to tattoo on your back....or anywhere else for that matter. Getting a tattoo that insults people isn't a very wise choice IMHO.
Looks neat though.

I don't like the tattoo... from far away it just looks like a filigree square on your back and up close it doesn't really say anything too profound. Somewhat teenage angsty.
It's not even clever. It reminds me of the guy in high school that wore a t-shirt that said F*** You on it (written sideways in some asian type font) - so cool to trick teachers and old people!

It is pretty stupid to get any insult as a tattoo but to get one that is so dumb is just a massive self pwn.
