Your sample ballot should have said what identification was required if you had read it.

I didn't. I walked in and the octogenarian at the door asked me if I knew which precinct I was supposed to be at...I told her I wasn't sure but my voter ID card said that I was supposed to come here. She said that was important because 3 total precincts were voting there today. I showed her my card (she didn't ask for it) and she said yep, you're in the right place. So I proceeded to the desk that corresponded with my precinct # and the first thing they asked for was a picture ID. I handed it over, she found me in the book, I signed and got my ballot.

I had a dream. It was an incredible dream. When I awoke, I had a huge mess to clean up.
