Samsung is actually offering to exchange those capacitors for free. However, they weren't the problem - the tech said that it looks like the motherboard is blown, which is a more expensive fix.
Too much of a coincidence that you'd get two unrelated problems at once. Either the motherboard is fine and they're just going to exchange it to milk more money out of you, or the motherboard blew because of the capacitor issue.

Yeah, and I bet it also has the power draw of a champ, for a cooling efficency that a modern fairly basic fridge does for a quarter of the power.

if you get a smart tv get a keyboard with it
my brother and his wife have a samsung smart tv and her galaxy phone has an app i think that lets her type like a keyboard. its annoying to use the remote to type stuff in
