You are right, it's not a concern of mine because I am eating a balanced diet and I get all the nutrition that I need to sustain myself in a healthy and active life style.
You on the other hand have to be concerned because you are killing yourself and starving your body of much needed sustenance.

Back before I joined the Navy there was about an 18 month period where I was heck I don't even know the name for it but all I ate was fruit. I was a professional athlete back then so I was basically working out about 10+ hours a day. I joined the Navy and had a ridiculous body fat of something like 4%. I literally had to get a medical waiver because I had no body fat and it was considered extremely unhealthy. The reason it was so unhealthy and I had to get a medical waiver for it is because - wait for it...
IT"S NOT HEALTHY!!!
