So I remember from when I lived in North Jersey (really where I lived was a suburb of NYC), people got all finicky about their bagels. The toasted or untoasted question was often a dividing line between people who fancied themselves "metropolitan" (preferrring untoasted) and those who didn't give a damn.
Personally I prefer savory flavored bagels (onion, sesame, garlic, etc.) vastly more than sweet flavored (blueberry, cinnamon, raisin, etc.  ).
What say you Outposters? What kind of bagels do you like?
I used to get these bagels here in State College at Irving's Bagels - the bagel itself was sundried tomato and jalapeno flavored and I would schmear this bacon & horseradish cream cheese on it... ZOMG!

Sweet or savory, depending on my mood, toasted, and smothered in cream cheese.
Plain is acceptable too, as long as the parameters of "toasted" and "smothered in cream cheese" still apply.

i like em all. Bagels are gr8.
I didn't vote because there wasn't an all of the above option. Sometimes I'll have an everything bagel with cream cheese and a "thin" bagel half with nutella and half with honey. AT THE SAME TIME!
