My sister has joined your fruitloop camp and started spamming me with your propaganda. Funny thing about my sister though. Within two hours of telling me about her new awesome vegan diet, I had her sitting down at steak and shake eating a patty melt with bacon.

My Sisters are gluten free, lactose intolerant all natural organic etc etc etc. If tomorrow the health nut whackadoos decide that air is bad for you both sisters will be convinced within a week that THIS has been their problem all along( which was true for gluten, and lactose, etc etc etc...) and they will stop breathing, while encouraging the rest of the family to stop breathing too, since it's not just what's always been wrong with them, but for the rest of us too. 
They both get sick 10 times for my once.

I haven't had as much as a cold in 3 years, before then 3-5 times a year which was the time before I decided to eat a full plant based diet..
