On their UN vetos. Seriously the West meddles way too much in everyone's business with the US being the leading meddler

The West is meddling too much in the affairs of other countries. Now the West wants to meddle with the internal affairs of Syria and its looking for excuses to get involved in Irans internal affairs.

China voted against the West-led resolution in favor of backing the Arab League plan. You know, Arabs settling their own disputes. We would not want a dialogue opened up between all the factions working against the Assad regime, would we. Both plans have at their goal the end to the current regime, but how that would be implemented is quite different. China also does not want to see another Libya despite the fact that China is one of the few countries whose import of oil from Libya has gone on relatively undisturbed, even at the height of the conflict.

I don't think you have your facts straight

The Security Council voted 13-2 in favor of a resolution backing an Arab League peace plan for Syria, but the measure was blocked by Russia and China, who opposed what they saw as a violation of Syria's sovereignty.

There were two plans, one Arab-European [west, tabled by Morocco] and the Arab League plan without addendums from the West. Their fear is an inevitable military overturning of Assad without open dialogues between the factions opposing him prior to the regime change. This is very much like Clinton cautioning the unbridled support for the groups overthrowing Q'addafi without fully knowing who would replace him, or even who 'they' were. So now the West grumbles about the new regime in Libya being even more repressive and theocratic than under Q'addafi and vehemently opposes the racial cleansing that is now taking place there. Gee, who could have seen that coming.
